At Gidpro.ca, most of our products are custom-built to meet client specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only available if the product is broken or defective upon delivery.

Proof of damage (photos or videos) must be provided when requesting a refund.
Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

After this period, no refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made products that are not defective cannot be refunded.

Changes in preference or design after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Charges

All approved refunds will incur a 15% fee of the original payment amount, plus any applicable bank charges.

A minimum fee of $100 will apply to all refunds.

Gidpro reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests, including determining whether the product qualifies as broken or defective.
