Refund Policy 

At Gidpro.ca, most of our products are custom-built to meet client specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are only available if the product is broken or defective upon delivery.

  • Proof of damage (photos or videos) must be provided when requesting a refund.

Refund Request Period

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • After this period, no refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made products that are not defective cannot be refunded.

  • Changes in preference or design after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Charges

  • All approved refunds will incur a 15% fee of the original payment amount, plus any applicable bank charges.

  • A minimum fee of $100 will apply to all refunds.

Final Decision

  • Gidpro reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests, including determining whether the product qualifies as broken or defective.

  • Contact us at sales@gidpro.ca with your order details and evidence of damage.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after deducting applicable charges.
